Keep a look for any road works on the Moss road. During the during 2019, the APR training route was impacted most of the first half of the season.
For 2022, the APR training route is the classic "Falkirk Chaingang lap". This is a hard, fast training session session consisting of 3 x 8 mile circuits around Airth and surrounding areas. This takes an APR format which typically consists of 4 groups, with the fastest setting of last. The training route is designed use roads which are as traffic free as possible.
